YOUR CHALLENGES
Project Management:
- Coordinate installation and commissioning activities at customer sites
- Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality standards are met
- Manage local resources and suppliers involved in the projects, including installation activities
Cost and Margin Control:
- Ensure compliance with project budgets and monitor profitability
- Identify and manage deviations, proposing corrective actions when necessary
- Use the SAP management tool updated with project status, payments and deliveries
Technical Sales Support:

- Support the sales team during customer meetings by providing technical and operational expertise according to AB standards
- Conduct technical site inspections to assess feasibility of proposed solutions
- Set up, together with the local Sales team the commercial offers in coordination with AB standards coming from HQ
Integration Engineering:

- Collaborate with central AB engineering to identify the most suitable technical solutions
- Manage customization requests and integration with customer infrastructure
- Translate customer needs into clear and feasible technical specifications
- Ensure end‑to‑end management and coordination of all order lifecycle phases, starting from contract closure
- Manage project scope and deliverables
- Ensure project timeline and schedule adherence
- Monitor project costs and financial planning
- Ensure project quality (QA & QC) in line with AB standards
- Coordinate project human resources planning and management
- Manage project communications, including with AB HQ Engineering team
- Monitor and manage project risks
- Coordinate procurement activities and supplier relationships
- Manage project stakeholders
- Provide technical support to the sales function
- Validate accuracy and consistency of tender documentation
- Prepare technical offer documentation in coordination with the AB Engineering team
- Engage required resources to develop offers
- Manage budgeting: define offer costs and intercompany pricing
- Collaborate on cost estimation for materials, labor, services, management, and safety
- Structure the Sales BOM and detail it within technical-commercial offers
- Coordinate and manage offers requested by the commercial team
- Plan and organize activities to meet offer development timelines
- Propose and coordinate meetings with local suppliers and subcontractors; build and maintain a relevant database
- Collect offer data and develop the project implementation Gantt chart
- Functional reporting to the Regional Integration Manager

- Ability to manage conflicts (with reference to the team) and ability to negotiate with management and the team in terms of time, cost, quality of work
- Ability to grasp the signals that enable the early detection and understanding of the nature of internal team and organizational dynamics that influence the progress of the project
- Ability to play an empowering, guiding and leadership functional role in the project team
- Ability to make effective use of all communication channels and tools available within the AB organization
- Ability to set up and manage meeting activities and to involve stakeholders who may influence project activities
