YOUR CHALLENGES

Warehouse Procedures

Follow basic warehouse procedures and any new directives from the supervisor, including:

• Manage material handling in accordance with company guidelines:
  • Inbound materials: receiving, inspecting, and registering goods into the warehouse;
  • Storage activities: proper placement of materials and system registration of each item’s location;
  • Outbound materials: picking and preparing goods, and accurately recording all outbound transactions;
• KO materials: ensure correct and timely handling of KO items;
• Manage equipment and tools according to company guidelines.

Warehouse Physical Organization

Maintain constant oversight and organization of all assigned warehouses, ensuring tidiness and cleanliness. Additionally:

• Ensure proper coding of all warehouse materials according to AB Group standards (SP codes);
• Ensure optimal storage of materials, grouped by product category and/or dimensions;
• Ensure a dedicated and well-organized area for KO materials;
• Ensure a dedicated area for tools and equipment.

Support for Consignment Stock Management

Collaborate with the Service Operation team in managing customer consignment stocks:

• Support and analysis of Service Orders (blocked and unblocked orders);
• Training technicians on inventory procedures;
• Conduct inventories in consignment stock locations;
• Monitor inventory progress to ensure the reaching of the goal

Inventory Management

Carry out year-end inventories and periodic spot checks for all assigned warehouses:

• Open inventories;
• Follow inventory processes according to company guidelines;
• Create and share inventory reports with the supervisor, according to company standards, including: final results + corrective movements (and related values).

Areas of Responsibility

Unless otherwise instructed by the supervisor, areas of responsibility include:

• Main warehouse in Bucharest;
• Consignment stock locations within the assigned area (ABER will be divided into multiple areas).

To manage these warehouses effectively, plan an annual visit schedule for consignment locations (reporting any necessary changes to the agreed plan at the beginning of the year).
