YOUR CHALLENGES
- Starting from the contract duties and obligations, meet project requirements managing costs, timing, scope and quality issues
- Working in conjunction with COO and the Regional Integration Manager, manage every step of a new project and coordinate all thea ctivities of the involved teams/departments.
- Maintaining close relationships with clients, optimizing the information flows with the rest of organization.
Main Role Objectives:
- Assist in definition of project scope and objectives, with all relevant stakeholders
- Identify vendors for local supply necessary for the execution of the Project, issue RFQs, support internal procurement processes and finalize local purchase
- Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within scope and within budget by monitor and track
- Weekly process reports
- Manage changes orders, project schedule and project costs
- Report and escalate to management as is needed
- Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
- Write reports on the project management
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive projects documentation
- Coordinates commissioning activities and schedules
Additional activities to be performed:
- Work in conjunction with the Purchasing Department, evaluate local supplier and guarantee the compliance with any local law requirement.
- Responsible for local supply pricing.
- Provide support to the Sales team for local inspections and to optimize the technical solution based on projects/cost requirements.
- Provide support during the draft of the offer making sure there is a balance among technical solution, costs and customer’s requests.
- Provide support to the Project Engineer for the local supply plan and for the optimization of the technical solution
- Provide support to any AB Office for what concerns local law requirements

- Engineering University degree (electrical or mechanical)
- Proven working experience (4 to 7 years) in Project Management, preferably in the Energy or Industrial Sector in General Contractors Companies
- Knowledge in Electrical design (preferential requirement)
- Experience in managing projects execution phases on field
- Excellent negotiation skills with clients and suppliers
- Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical
- Capability to give valuable technical support during the pre-sales phase
- Excellent client-facing and internal communications skills
- Availability for business trips to Projects’ sites across country.
- Availability to visit other foreign AB Branches as the business may require.
- Good knowledge of MS Project
- Availability for training in Italy for a period of 2/3 weeks
