YOUR CHALLENGES
Starting from the contract duties and obligations, meet project requirements managing costs, timing, scope and quality issues
Working in conjunction with the PM Team and the General Manager, manage every step of a new project and coordinate all the activities of the involved teams/departments
Maintaining close relationships with clients, optimizing the information flows with AB
Main Role Objectives:
- Assist in definition of project scope and objectives, with all relevant stakeholders
- Identify vendors for local supply necessary for the execution of the Project, issue RFQs, support internal procurement processes and finalize local purchase
- Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within scope and within budget by monitor and track process
- Manage changes orders, project schedule and project costs
- Report and escalate to management as is needed
- Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
- Write reports on the project management
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive projects documentation
- Coordinates commissioning activities and schedule

- You have a Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
- You have experience of minimum 5 years in Project Management, in the Energy or Industrial Sector preferably on RNG, Biogas, Biomethane systems
- Knowledge in Electrical design (preferential requirement)
- Experience in managing projects execution phases on field
- Excellent negotiation skills with clients and suppliers
- Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical
- Excellent client-facing and internal communications skills
- Availability for business trips to Projects’ sites across UK
- Availability to visit other foreign AB Branches as the business may require.
- Good knowledge of MS Project
- English mother tongue
