Regional Sales Manager - Poland

 In coordination with the Sales Director you will define the sales strategy for the assigned area/regions, you'll maximize sales, margins and market share in accordance with budget objectives, you'll manage the entire sales cycle, from the first contact to the closing of the contract and you'll promote the AB brand and represent the company in the area assigned



Look for customers and develops the business in the following segments:

  • Natural gas: industrial, commercial, greenhouse, oil & gas, municipalities;
  • Biogas: farms, cattle farms, breeding, investment funds, etc.
  • Other market segments: coal mine gas, ….
  • RNG

You will be responsible for the contract negotiation and closing

You will coordinate the feasibility study process and offer preparation

Build a solid pipeline of projects to meet or exceed the targets and AB mid-terms results.

Update CRM, shares info throughout the organization, facilitates sales Audits


In coordination with the Marketing Manager:

You will suggest and promotes marketing actions


In coordination with VP, Market Growth and Organizational Development:

You will cooperate to the management and development of the Commercial Team

Select, develop, and train Junior and Senior Sales Engineer

Promote sales efficacy and efficiency

Define and implement KPIs

Build partnerships and develop contact pipeline

Manage the sales administration, sales data, CRM and facilitate sales audit


  • You have Engineering degree (mechanical/electrical/energetic)
  • You have 6-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in CHP and Biogas Sector
  • You are available to travel for the coverage of the role for 70% of time
  • You have knowledge iand networking n Poland Energy Sector 
  • You have strong negotiatoin and communication skills
  • You have good knowledge of English
