YOUR CHALLENGES

You'll be part of the Mexican Service Team and you'll be responsible of the following activities:

  • Interface with the customer and prepare the weekly calendar of routine maintenance working, schedule the extraordinary maintenance, update the annual calendar of maintenance activities (Minor and Major), also carrying out the analysis of inventories;
  • Be responsible for the entire process of analysis and verification of the oil;
  • Verify the closing of the working orders;
  • Monitor the opening and status of tickets open in relation to the control room;
  • Periodically check the Plant Performance Reports on Power BI (for example, but not limited to: plant performance and availability, Tiny connectivity, oil analysis);
  • Manage warranty issues in coordination with the warranty structure in Italy;
  • Maximize service quality and productivity;
  • Validate forecast of emergency parts (considering the number of engines) to keep the warehouse fullfilled;
  • Monitor the implementation and development of SAP;
  • Prepare the reports for the clients;
  • Check and approve the timesheet of the technicians (working hours, overtime and holidays);
  • Ensure the professional growth of technicians;
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure customer retention and growth in the designated area, for example by making sales calls or traveling to Customer sites, and speaking/interacting on new contracts or existing contracts;
  • Support in sales of service contracts in the LATAM market;
  • Be financially responsible for the service work and the operational budget objectives of each plant.
