YOUR CHALLENGES
In coordination with the Sales Director you'll define the sales strategy for the assigned area/regions, maximize sales, margins and market share in accordance with budget objectives
You'll also manage the entire sales cycle, from the first contact to the closing of the contract and you'll be the promoter of the AB brand and represent the company in the Greek Market
MAIN TASKS OF THE POSITION
- Actively looks for customers and develops the business in the Biomethane, Biogas sectors (farms, cattle farms, breeding, investment funds..) and Natural gas swctor (industrial, commercial, greenhouse, oil & gas, municipalities)
- Contract negotiation and closing deal for product, operation & maintenance offers
- Coordinates the feasibility study process and offer preparation
- Builds a solid pipeline of projects to meet or exceed the targets and AB mid-terms results.
- Builds partnerships and develop contact pipeline
- Update CRM, shares info throughout the organization, facilitates sales Audits
- In coordination with the Marketing Manager, suggests and promotes marketing actions
WHY WE WOULD CHOOSE YOU
- You have excellent sales and negotiation skills with experience as Sales Manager of minumum 5 years, preferable in Biogas, Biomethane, Agro-industrial or CHP cogeneration sectors
- You have excellent knowledge of the Greek market and a usefull network of potential clients
- You have an Engineering degree (mechanical/electrical/energetic)
- You speak Fluent English
- You are available to travel for 60-75% of the time on the entire Greek territory
