YOUR CHALLENGES ARE

You will be part of the Construction Management team in the role of Site Manager, to ensure the executive management of the order, as regards the site activities, in compliance with the estimated times and costs, managing the following activities:

• Coordination of all the discipline teams/subcontractors on site -  civil, mechanical, electrical, crane & liftings, insulations – such an activity includes the communication, the interference management (same working area) and the management of mutual impacts.
• Organization of the site temporary facilities -  laydown areas, prefabrication area, site office and wardrobe etc etc
• Management of the site communications with the client, including the attendance to the site coordination meetings.
• Responsible of the respect of the overall site duration and budget, without any compromise of HSE and Quality standards.
• Supervision over the HSE conduct of the workers of the teams/subcontractors under the AB installation/construction scope.
• Management of the site paper work, including planning, progress reports, qualities control plans, authorities interface.
• Support in the scouting/definition phase for the Purchase Order for the subcontracts.
• Management of the turn over phases between construction and commissioning, including the construction completion assessment.

You have a technical diploma (mechanical or electrical)

You have experience in t plant engineering sector in a construction site coordination role from 5 to 10 years

You have a high level English language knowledgement

You know CAD (2d / 3d) and Office Package

Knowledge and use of SAP / NAV preferred

You are available to travel in Germany and abroad

You have excellent problem solving skills and organization and planning skills

You are strongly result oriented

You have leadership and coordination skills and have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
