YOUR CHALLENGES

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales based in Italy, the candidate will provide support to the Regional Sales Manager and to the Senior Sales Engineer in achieving the assigned budget for the area of responsibility.

Main activities:

  • Focus on generating new opportunities in the Czech Republic
  • Carry out business development activities aimed at establishing new contacts
  • Actively scout potential clients and projects in the biogas, biomethane, NGS, and industrial applications sectors
  • Initiate first contact with agricultural companies, consulting firms, developers, and contractors
  • Organize meetings and sales presentations to introduce the company’s solutions
  • Gather client requirements and perform initial qualification of opportunities
  • Share identified opportunities with the Italy-based team for technical-commercial deep dives and advanced deal management
  • Support the preparation of commercial materials and proposals, in coordination with headquarters
  • Monitor the local market, competitors, and energy regulations
  • Identify potential incentives and development opportunities in the region
  • Participate in trade fairs and industry events to expand the professional network

  • Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Energy, Management, Electrical, or related fields) 
  • 2–3 years of previous experience in technical or industrial environments, or recent graduate with a solid technical foundation (basic understanding of energy concepts is required)

  • Good analytical skills and problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain a professional network
