YOUR CHALLENGES

 

Warehouse procedures

Follow the warehouse procedures and any new directives provided by the manager, including:

Manage material handling in accordance with company guidelines

  • Goods receipt: receiving, checking incoming documents and recording incoming goods in the system
  • Warehouse storage with proper physical identification (SP codes) for each received item and corresponding system identification of the relevant location
  • System movements to ensure stock alignment
  • Goods issue: preparation of materials and recording of outgoing goods
  • KO: proper management of KO materials
  • Management of equipment according to company guidelines
  • Creation and monitoring of requests to logistics dept for internal shipments by Service Portal

 

Physical organization of the warehouse

Constantly check and organize the assigned warehouse, ensuring order and cleanliness, and:

  • Ensure correct coding of all materials in the warehouse according to AB Group coding (SP codes)
  • Ensure optimal storage of materials, divided and grouped by product category and/or size, safeguarding their integrity and operational condition
  • Ensure a dedicated and organized area for KO materials and materials to be disposed of
  • Ensure a dedicated area for equipment

 

Support in consignment stock management

Cooperate with the Service Operation team in managing consignment stock at customer sites:

  • Support and analysis of Service Orders (blocked and unblocked WOs)
  • Training and support to technicians for consignment stock inventories
  • Perform inventories at consignment stock (in the area surrounding the warehouse)
  • Monitor inventory performance in order to reach targets

 

Inventories

Carry out year-end official warehouse inventory and periodic sample inventories in the warehouse:

  • Open inventories
  • Follow inventory procedures according to company guidelines
  • Create and share with the manager the inventory report in line with company guidelines: final result + corrective movements (and related values)
  • Inventories of warehouse, consignment stock and technicians’ vans asset equipment

 

Areas of responsibility

This refers to the area of responsibility (unless otherwise instructed by the manager):

  • Nantes warehouse (27 Rue Marcel Dassault, 44980 Sainte-Luce-sur-Loire, France)
  • Consignment stock locations within the area of responsibility (to be defined with Service Operation)

 

 

Extra warehouse-support activities (OPTIONAL – to complete 8 working hours)

To be included if warehouse activities do not cover a standard working day:

  • Logistics: autonomous management of courier/transport provider engagement, correspondence, coordination, request for quotations and pricing (without depending on the Italian logistics department), as well as document and system management
  • Fleet management of company vehicles
  • Service Support activities (ex. WO creation, material requests, report management)
